How we work

We'd rather ship something narrow and right than broad and shaky.

A funeral parlour calling us at 2am about a fleet tracking bug is a different kind of urgent than a typical SaaS support ticket. We try to build with that in mind, not just talk about it.

We sit with the people who use it

Half of what's in GraceVault came from watching a call centre operator or a branch manager get stuck on something and asking why.

Two products, not one bloated one

GraceVault runs a parlour. Orion helps a family find one. We kept them separate on purpose, so each gets to be good at its own job.

The boring stuff comes first

Permissions, audit trails, who-can-see-what. Not the fun part to build, but it's the part that makes a parlour trust the system.

We're still small enough to move fast

No layers of process yet. If something's broken in production, the person who built it is usually the one fixing it that day.

Etra & TutoConsulting

Etra grew out of TutoConsulting, but it runs as its own thing.

TutoConsulting builds and backs a handful of focused companies rather than one do-everything agency. Etra is the one it set up for funeral services. We own GraceVault and Orion outright: the strategy, the code, the support tickets, all of it.
